“Cut page count!” Those were the marching orders from the VP of Marketing.
But I knew what she meant was “cut costs.” We were determined to do it without
diminishing the aura of the Three-Pointed Star, or squandering the rich heritage of
the company that invented the first car, and has been reinventing it ever since.
