A complete corporate identity redesign spearheaded an overall campaign in a new
voice that was smart but not arrogant, and as approachable as it was professional.
While existing customers of the retail bank branches enjoyed free coffee and short lines,
every effort was made to introduce Indymac to more local consumers who had tired of
the cold, impersonal big banks. Monthly freestanding flyers in the local newspapers
were able to tell a story beyond great rates. |
