Evolve an overly intricate website into a more user-friendly experience. DIRECTV’s
web agency came to us with 80% of the project timeline burned and no result to show
for it. Our task was to rescue the project in less than 60 days, revising the entire
commercial selling side of the site as well as the extensive customer support section.
A high priority was to surface information that was buried in PDFs and links down
countless one-way navigation paths. But first, we needed to become expert in every
service and product offering.
